1. Do I need any previous experience to enrol in the Level 1 Chainsaw course?
No prior experience is required. The course is designed for beginners as well as those who want to refresh their skills.

2. How long does the Level 1 Chainsaw course take?
The training is typically completed in one day and includes both theory and practical components.

3. What qualification will I receive after completing the course?
Successful participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for AHCMOM213 – Operate and Maintain Chainsaws

4. What do I need to bring to the training?
You’ll need to wear appropriate PPE (long pants, long sleeves, safety boots). We can supply hearing protection, eye protection, chainsaw chaps and helmets).

5. What is the maximum number of participants per course?
6 people

6. Do you provide the chainsaw and equipment?
Yes – we can provide a chainsaw as well as chaps, ear muffs, safety glasses or you can use your own chainsaw/equipment.
